
Jammu, Feb 11: Chief Minister Omar Abdullah on Wednesday expressed regret over remarks made during Assembly proceedings, easing tensions after BJP members staged protests demanding an apology.
“If what I said hurt them, I regret that,” the CM said, adding he was willing to have any unparliamentary words expunged from the record.
His statement helped restore order in the House following repeated disruptions.
