
Srinagar, Mar 10: The 105th Batch of Recruits/General Duty, comprising 584 RTs/GD, formally passed out at a glittering parade held at the CRPF RIC Srinagar campus in Lethpora, Pulwama. The event marked the culmination of 44 weeks of rigorous training, preparing the cadets to serve in India’s elite Central Reserve Police Force.
Shri Gyanendra Pratap Singh (IPS), DG CRPF, presided as the Reviewing Officer and felicitated the outstanding cadets during the oath-taking ceremony. Senior officers including Shri Deepak Kumar (IPS), SDG (Training), and Shri Rajesh Kumar (IPS), ADG (ISLR) Zone, along with civil dignitaries and heads of sister agencies, were present to witness the milestone event.
The parade featured sharp, synchronized drill maneuvers led by Parade Commander Shri Shashi Bhushan Singh, Assistant Commandant, which drew applause from all attendees. Medals and trophies were presented to cadets who demonstrated exemplary performance throughout their training.
Addressing the cadets, DG CRPF emphasized upholding the values, traditions, and ethos of the force, highlighting the importance of compassion alongside professional competence during peacekeeping and operational duties. He reminded them to honor their oath, respect the Constitution, and serve the nation diligently.
