As part of the celebrations of Good Governance Week – Prashasan Gaon Ki Ore, the District Administration Budgam today felicitated District Youth Services & Sports Officer Budgam, Shri Ghulam Hassan Lone, along with various distinguished officers of the district, for their dedicated services and outstanding contributions towards youth empowerment and sports development.

The felicitation ceremony was presided over by Deputy Commissioner Budgam, Dr. Bilal Mohi-Uddin Bhat, IAS, who also honoured exceptional sportspersons of the district for bringing laurels at the national level.
On the occasion, Ms. Ulfat Jabeen (PEM) and . Aetisham Hussain were awarded Gold Medals for their remarkable performance in National-Level Weightlifting, while Ms. Salika Farooq was felicitated for winning a Silver Medal in National-Level Wushu.
