While on one hand, Local Cricket tournaments are going on in Budgam district like the rest of the districts of the valley, the Youth Services and Sports Department is also organizing tricolor rallies in every house before Independence Day, while on the other hand, Sports activities are also at their peak and under this link, the Youth Services & Sports selected the volleyball team of the district for competitions held outside their country in China at Synthetic Turf Soibug and these children will get the opportunity to represent the Kashmir Valley in China after the first Inter-district and UT level.
On this occasion,Principal Higher Secondary Syed Zubair & Incharge Activity Budgam Ghulam Hassan Khanday inaugurated the volleyball match in the presence of Senior Masters and players from all zones of the district participated ,while a team of selectors was also assigned on duty by the Sports Department for the said forty players, so that the district's good volleyball players should be selected. It should be noted that on this occasion, the children were urged to make every effort to play their best in volleyball to bring glory to the district and to fully utilize their minds and strategies to be selected in China.
