Chandel, Dec 6: The five-day Drone Technology Bootcamp successfully concluded on 5 December 2025, bringing together participants from the Assam Rifles, Indian Army, BSF, CRPF, Territorial Army, and IIT Dhanbad. Organized by the #AssamRifles under #SpearCorps in collaboration with IIT (ISM) Dhanbad, the training aimed to enhance participants’ expertise in drone operations for security, disaster response, and technological innovation.

The bootcamp provided hands-on sessions on drone navigation, surveillance applications, payload management, and data analytics, equipping security forces and defense personnel with cutting-edge skills for operational and emergency scenarios.
The concluding ceremony featured the awarding of certificates to all participants, recognizing their dedication and the skills acquired during the intensive program. Organizers emphasized that such initiatives strengthen India’s preparedness in modern technology-driven operations and foster collaboration between defense forces and academic institutions.
