
The Cultural Unit Srinagar, Department of Information and Public Relations (DIPR), today organized a short play at Government Boys Higher Secondary School, Jawahar Nagar, Srinagar, under the ongoing Nasha Mukht J&K Abhiyan.
The event aimed to raise awareness among students about the harmful effects of drug abuse and to promote the values of a healthy, disciplined, and drug-free lifestyle through the medium of performing arts.
The Head of the Institution appreciated the initiative and commended the efforts of the Cultural Unit Srinagar for conducting such meaningful awareness programmes in educational institutions.
The Cultural Officer Srinagar addressed the gathering, highlighting the collective responsibility of society in eradicating the drug menace.
The programme concluded with a pledge ceremony, where students and staff took an oath to uphold the vision of a Nasha Mukht Jammu and Kashmir.
