New Delhi, Oct 30: The four-day Exercise Dao Tarang, conducted by Dao Signallers under the aegis of Spear Corps, concluded successfully, marking a significant step towards enhanced joint operational capabilities and digital integration within the Indian Army.

The exercise brought together troops from all arms, specialist units, and the Central Armed Police Forces (CAPF) for an intensive joint training programme aimed at strengthening coordination, interoperability, and real-time communication in multi-domain operations.
Highlighting the fusion of modern technology, joint warfighting techniques, and advanced communication systems, the exercise underscored the Army’s commitment to achieving digital superiority and battlefield readiness in contemporary warfare environments.
Officials said the training included simulations, tactical communication drills, and field integration of cutting-edge digital systems—ensuring seamless coordination among participating forces. The initiative also aimed at fostering innovation and synergy between field units and technology enablers, driving the Indian Army’s vision of a digitally empowered force.
