Police in Handwara proudly concluded an exhilarating football tournament organized under the Civic Action Programme (CAP) 2024-25, fostering sportsmanship, unity, and community engagement. The grand finale, held at Badreher Ground, Handwara, featured a thrilling match between Kirmani Football Club (Langate) and Bakihaker Football Club, with Kirmani FC emerging victorious with a 3-0 win. The event witnessed an overwhelming turnout of enthusiastic spectators, who cheered passionately for their favourite teams, creating an electrifying atmosphere.
The closing ceremony was graced by SSP Handwara Shri Mushtaq Ahmad Chowdhury-JKPS, along with other senior police officers. The dignitaries felicitated the winning and runner-up teams with trophies and medals, acknowledging their outstanding performance.
