Forces detect IED on roadside in Ganderbal

Srinagar, Feb 21: Security forces on Saturday detected an Improvised Explosive Device (IED) in central Kashmir’s Ganderbal district.

Officials said the IED was kept inside a bag and placed on the roadside at Gulab Sheikh Mohalla near Kohestan Colony in the district’s Safapora area.
Officials said a bomb disposal squad was rushed to the spot. The experts of the bomb disposal squad defused and neutralised the explosive device.
