The government has designated Senior Additional Advocate General (AAG) Mohsin-ul-Showkat Qadri to handle all legal matters challenging orders under sub-clause (c) of clause (2) of Article 311 of the Constitution of India.
As per a Government Order, these cases will be argued before the Central Administrative Tribunal at the Jammu and Srinagar Benches.
“It is hereby ordered that all the matters whereby challenge has been thrown to orders issued in terms of sub-cause (c) of the proviso to clause (2) of Article 311 of the Constitution of India shall be argued by Mohsin-U-Showkat Qadri, Ld. Sr. Additional Advocate General before the Central Administrative Tribunal, Jammu/Srinagar Benches,” reads an official order.
It impressed upon all the Law Officers (Additional Advocate General(s)/Deputy Advocate General(s)/Government Advocates) dealing with such matters to provide the requisite assistance to the Ld. Sr. Additional Advocate General and communicate the dates fixed for arguments in their matters.
