
Lunglei, Aug 14: Assam Rifles under Spear Corps conducted a career guidance lecture for students and NCC cadets of Kendriya Vidyalaya Lunglei in Mizoram, focusing on career opportunities and encouraging young people to pursue disciplined and purposeful careers.
The interactive session provided students with insights into career avenues available in the Armed Forces, Central Armed Police Forces and other professional fields. Participants were briefed on various opportunities, eligibility requirements and the qualities needed to build successful careers.
The session also highlighted the importance of discipline, leadership, dedication and teamwork in both professional and personal life. Students were encouraged to develop confidence, set clear goals and make informed decisions about their future.
The interaction sought to familiarise young people with the diverse opportunities available in uniformed services while motivating them to contribute positively to society and the nation.
NCC cadets also benefited from the interaction, gaining greater awareness about opportunities in the Armed Forces and other security organisations.
