Srinagar:, May 17: The Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU) organised an orientation programme at Women’s College Srinagar to guide newly enrolled and prospective students about academic opportunities, course structures, and career pathways offered by the university.

The programme aimed to familiarise students with IGNOU’s flexible learning system, wide range of academic programmes, and student support services designed to make higher education accessible to learners from diverse backgrounds.
Faculty members and academic counsellors addressed the participants, providing detailed information on course selection, credit system, examination procedures, and online learning resources.
