
The Inter-District UT Level Yoga Competition for all age groups of boys and girls concluded gracefully today at the Indoor Stadium Khawaja Bagh, Baramulla.
The five-day event, organized by the Department of Youth Services and Sports, District Baramulla, witnessed enthusiastic participation from 15 districts across the Union Territory of Jammu and Kashmir, bringing together over 85 talented young yoga participants.
On the concluding day, the Under-14 Girls category events were held, featuring inspiring performances in multiple yoga disciplines.
Anjali from District Udhampur emerged as the winner in the Traditional category, Sadiya from District Jammu clinched the top position in the Artistic Pair, while Mohiam and Khamoshi from District Udhampur displayed excellent synchronization to win the Rhythmic Pair event, Sadaf from District Baramulla showcased her exceptional talent by winning the Artistic Single category.
All winners were felicitated with trophies and certificates of merit, recognizing their outstanding performance and dedication to the art of yoga.
DYSSO Baramulla, Zahoor Ahmad Wani, extended his heartfelt gratitude to all participating districts, officials, and supporting staff for their tireless efforts in making the event a grand success.
