
The Union Territory of Jammu & Kashmir has once again made the nation proud with an outstanding performance at the ongoing 69th SGFI Cycling Nationals being held at Ranchi, Jharkhand. Our young and determined cyclists have showcased exceptional talent, discipline, and relentless hard work, converting months and years of focused training into podium finishes at the national level.
Jehangir Ahmad delivered a commanding performance to clinch the Gold Medal in the Under-19 category, displaying dominance, maturity, and true championship temperament.
Arsalan Ahmad put up a brave and commendable fight to secure the Silver Medal in the Under-17 category, reflecting consistency, courage, and a strong competitive spirit.
Samiullah added another feather to UT J&K’s cap by winning the Bronze Medal, proving that perseverance, belief, and determination always lead to success.
These achievements are not merely medals—they are a reflection of unwavering hard work, disciplined routines, early morning training sessions, sacrifices, and a never-give-up attitude. The success of these riders serves as a powerful inspiration for aspiring cyclists across Jammu & Kashmir and highlights the steadily rising standard of cycling in the region.
