The Jammu & Kashmir Judicial Academy organized a one-day Refresher Programme for administrative and technical staff of the High Court of J&K and Ladakh, Srinagar Wing, under the patronage of Chief Justice Justice Arun Palli.

The programme targeted Readers, Bench Secretaries, Secretaries, Assistant Registrars, Administrative Officers, Stenographers, Section Officers, Head Assistants, System Assistants, Data Entry Operators, Senior and Junior Assistants. Additional Registrar Farhana Ali emphasized the importance of continuous professional development and the integration of technology in judicial processes.
CPC eCourts experts led sessions on the Case Information System (CIS), including real-time updates, e-filing, and common operational challenges; Digital Infrastructure and Network Troubleshooting, covering connectivity, bandwidth, and data security; and the Data Management Software (DMS), focusing on workflow automation, secure document storage, and data integrity.
The programme concluded with interactive discussions and feedback, reinforcing the Academy’s commitment to enhancing digital literacy, professional competency, and efficiency among court staff.
