JKPPS Bemina holds plantation drive

Srinagar, June 5: In observance of World Environment Day, J&K Police Public School (JKPPS), Bemina, organized a plantation drive within the school premises to promote environmental awareness and reinforce the importance of ecological conservation.

The programme was graced by Shri Maqsood-ul-Zaman, IPS, Administrative Officer, as the Chief Guest. On the occasion, he planted a sapling and commended the efforts of the school in fostering environmental responsibility among students. He highlighted the significance of tree plantation in combating climate change, preserving biodiversity, and ensuring a sustainable future.
The event witnessed enthusiastic participation from students, faculty members, and staff, who actively took part in the plantation activity and reaffirmed their commitment to environmental stewardship.
