The J&K Taekwondo Association (JKTA) is going to organise the J&K Sub-Junior Taekwondo Selection Trials 2025–26 on 24th December 2025 at the Taekwondo Training Centre, M.A. Stadium, Jammu.

The Selection Trials are being organised by the J&K Taekwondo Association under the aegis of the Taekwondo Federation of India (TFI) and are recognised by the J&K Sports Council (JKSC).
The trials are open to all Sub-Junior Boys and Girls aged between 7 to 11 years, born between 01 January 2014 and 31 December 2018, as per the eligibility norms for the year 2025.
Important Instructions & Eligibility Criteria:
JKTA Athlete License is mandatory for all athletes. No entries will be accepted without a valid JKTA License.
Athletes must be Green Belt and above and should possess a TFI Colour Belt ID Card.
Entry Submission Deadline: 23rd December 2025 at M.A. Stadium, Jammu. All entry forms must be submitted along with entry fees, photographs, and relevant documents by the deadline.
Weigh-in: 23rd December 2025 at M.A. Stadium, Jammu, at 04:00 PM.
No late entries will be accepted under any circumstances.
The medalist players from these trials will earn the honour of representing Jammu & Kashmir Union Territory in the 39th National Sub-Junior Kyorugi & 14th National Sub-Junior Poomsae Taekwondo Championships 2025, scheduled to be held at Talkatora Indoor Stadium, New Delhi, from 13th to 15th January 2026.
