Kiphire, Nov 7: Assam Rifles personnel, along with students and teachers from various schools in Kiphire district, joined hands to celebrate the timeless national song Vande Mataram on November 7, 2025.

The event was organized to honor the song that inspired countless freedom fighters during India’s struggle for independence and continues to evoke patriotism and unity among citizens. Participants sang Vande Mataram in unison, filling the air with a sense of national pride and reverence.
The celebration also included cultural performances, through which participants expressed their respect and devotion to the nation. Assam Rifles officials said such initiatives aim to instill patriotism among the youth and strengthen community bonds through shared national heritage.
