Jammu, March 23: Lieutenant Governor Shri Manoj Sinha was on Monday presented with a book authored by Brig. Dr Vijay Sagar Dheman (Retd.).
The title of the book is “Bloodlines Pahalgam: A Democracy Confronts Terrorism”.
The Lieutenant Governor congratulated the author on the publication of his book.
On the occasion, Sinha was also presented with the publication titled “Valley of Shadows: The Untold Story of Terror in Kashmir (1947–2007)”.
Maj Gen Govardhan Singh Jamwal (Retd.) and members of International Institute of J&K Studies and Analyses (IIJSA) Jammu were also present.
