Dimapur, Nov 24: On November 24, Lt Gen Vikas Lakhera, AVSM, SM, Director General of Assam Rifles, along with personnel across all ranks, paid solemn tribute to the brave soldiers who made the ultimate sacrifice in the line of duty.
