Dimapur, Jan 31: Lt Gen Abhijit S. Pendharkar, General Officer Commanding (GOC) of Spear Corps, along with all ranks, extended warm greetings and heartfelt best wishes to the Ahom community and the people of Assam on the auspicious occasion of the Me-Dam-Me-Phi festival.
