Dimapur, Mar 28: The Red Shield Division under SpearCorps organised a grand Ex-Servicemen Rally at Churachandpur, Manipur, aimed at celebrating the invaluable contributions of retired armed forces personnel and reinforcing the bond between veterans and the Indian Army.

Lieutenant General Abhijit S Pendharkar, General Officer Commanding SpearCorps, graced the occasion as the chief guest. During the event, he personally honoured numerous ex-servicemen for their unwavering dedication, courage, and service to the nation, acknowledging the sacrifices they made during their military careers.
The rally featured interactive sessions with veterans, providing them an opportunity to share experiences, engage with serving personnel, and discuss issues pertaining to welfare and rehabilitation. SpearCorps officials emphasised the importance of maintaining strong ties with the ex-servicemen community, recognising their role in supporting national security and serving as mentors for younger soldiers.
