Srinagar, Aug 22: A 26-year-old migrant worker died after being found unresponsive inside his hut at Samarbugh in Srinagar during the intervening night of Friday and Saturday.
The deceased was identified as Mohammad Bilu, son of Mohammad Khokan, a resident of New Friends Colony, South Delhi, who was currently residing at Samarbugh.
According to preliminary information, Bilu was found inside his hut and was subsequently shifted to SMHS Hospital for medical treatment. However, doctors declared him brought dead upon arrival.
Authorities have taken cognizance of the incident and are ascertaining the circumstances surrounding the death.
