Minister for Jal Shakti, Forest, Ecology & Environment and Tribal Affairs, Javed Ahmed Rana, will be available at the Civil Secretariat/Winter Secretariat, Srinagar, from 1st to 5th December 2025, as per the official ministerial roster.

During this period, the Minister will personally hear the public grievances and meet the individuals, delegations and representatives to address issues related to water resources, forest conservation, ecology, environment, tribal welfare and other public welfare issues.
The public delegations, deputations, organizations and individuals, who want to personally bring their grievances and demands into the notice of the government can meet the Minister during the scheduled period.
