New Delhi, Dec 27: Nine-year-old Esther Lalduhawmi Hnamte from Mizoram has been honoured with the Pradhan Mantri Rashtriya Bal Puraskar 2025 in the Art & Culture category for her exceptional talent and inspiring contributions to Indian music.
