“How the women of modern world are living their lives, what struggles, challenges, odds, hurdles they are facing in modern world?

Modern world women play a corner stone role in balancing the huge edifice of society. There is no field left where the role of women can be excluded or neglected. From managing and upbringing next generation, women has reached the heights of highest possible. Modern day women have not remained confined to the four walls of a house but the voices of their success echoes everywhere. Women have reached the moon, women of the modern world play a remarkable role in the invention of new things, even she invents that artefact, gadgets, and devices which are really stupefying. When we look at the role of women in a society, a society looks incomplete without a Women. She plays a role of a good other, Better-half, Manager of a house and a responsible Citizen. A Women as a mother never abandons her child in any situation, she shields her children in every way possible, she always choses her child`s happiness over her.
A Women as a wife__ always supports her spouse in thick or thin. As a backbone of husband she always provides strength and boosts his confidence.
Women as a household manager_____ works tirelessly from beginning of the day. She single-handedly manages cooking, laundry, and house cleaning, looking after babies and in laws, maintaining relations, planning events and countless other things. At different stages of life she plays multiple roles like that of a daughter, then a wife, and finally a mother. She beautifully fulfils all her responsibilities. To cut a long story short it is women who has taken part in every field to show that women is not less than anyone else. From households to medical fields, teachings, engineering, businesses and in many more professions women is involved in.
It seems so easy to gain all what she has achieved but the struggles behind these achievements is harsh, cruel, heart wrecking and decertifying. Modern day women have cleared many levels yet these are many more to achieve. Despite all these achievements, empowerment, upliftment the modern era women are not satisfied. They may pose millions of reasons to describe their unsatisfaction but the fact cannot be defined that the equality, empowerment they are chasing is just a mirage and the same provided by Islam is what they want. The power, the respect, the equality, empowerment Islam has given to women is actually the freedom they require. The difficult challenge for women is to find difference between modern grace and ancient wisdom. This challenge can only be taken a triumph over when the equation behind the Islamic rules (for women) gets solved. For that women needs to have model in front them that will inspire them throughout their lives. No other women other than Hazrat Fatima (R.A) can serve the purpose best.

Hazrat Fatima (R.A)

The youngest daughter of our Prophet Mohammad (SAW) and his favourite. Modern women can easily take set her as their role model. Although 1400 years have passed since she lived this earth, still she is an inspiration for modern day women. Her life conveys valuable lessons that are deeply relevant in today`s high society. In today`s world where there are many expectations from a women weather in professionals, personal and social domains a women can take her example for guidance, dignity, and faith. She was noble, kind, generous and always truthful. She didn’t care about duniyah she was always busy with household work and with religious deeds. She spent her entire life fearing Allah and as a pious servant of Allah. Always patient ad grateful to her maker. There was not a word of complaint from her, prominently in difficult situations her motive of life was to Allah and his mujahideen. She serves as a figure of strength as we see. During battles she worked as a nurse and helped to rehabilitate injured (only muharrams). During difficult situations she remained resilient. she was also known for the faithfulness to prayers, remainder of God and her strong faith to face difficulties.
As a mother she raised her children in such a manner that they too feared God and she built their mindset in such a manner that they were always ready to fight for Islam. She always supported them during battles. She was a great supporter of needy people.
When it comes to hijab, she always covered herself in such a manner that no one could get a glance of her. according to Islamic traditions “a male blind man used to visit prophet`s home, although he was blind but whenever he visited her house, she would go to her room to observe her hijab.” She said if the man could not see me but I can see him.
Hence the complete life of Fatima R.A can serve as a best role model not only for present generation women as well as for upcoming generations. While going through her life history one can find uncountable incidents that can motivate, guide and inspire us.
