Kohima, Dec 14: An interactive career guidance and motivational session was conducted for students of the National Integration and Educational Development Organisation (NIEDO) on 14 December 2025 by the Dr K & T Keditsu Foundation.

The session began with an introduction and a brief pre-session survey to understand the academic interests and aspirations of the students. This was followed by an overview of the Dr K & T Keditsu Foundation, highlighting its commitment towards healthcare, education, community service and the MBBS Award initiative.
The main address, titled “A Future in Medicine? Finding Your Path”, was delivered by Dr Keduovinuo Keditsu, Cancer Surgeon at Putuonuo Hospital, Kohima and Trustee of the Foundation. Drawing from her personal journey and professional experience, Dr Keditsu emphasised the importance of discipline, perseverance, clarity of goals and humility in pursuing a career in medicine.
The programme concluded with an interactive Q&A and study tips session, during which students actively engaged with the speaker on exam preparation, study planning and career choices. The interaction proved highly motivating and insightful for the students.
The session aligned closely with NIEDO’s objective of holistic education, exposure to inspiring role models and nurturing socially responsible and goal-oriented youth.
