The Inter-Zonal District Level Tournament continues to serve as a vibrant platform for promoting physical fitness, discipline and sportsmanship amid combat sports competitions held here today.

Taekwondo and Wrestling (Boys AAG) events were held witnessing enthusiastic participation of over 280 students drawn from different educational zones of the district.
The competitions reflected the high energy, discipline, and competitive spirit of the youth, who showcased exceptional athletic prowess and teamwork.
To acknowledge their dedication and excellence, the winners and runner-ups were felicitated with medals, trophies and certificates, recognizing their hard work and sporting achievements.
The event is being organized under the directions of Director General Youth Services and Sports, J&K Anuradha Gupta and Deputy Commissioner Harvinder Singh, under the guidance of Joint Director Jammu Vinakshi Koul and overall supervision of District Youth Services & Sports Officer (DYSSO) Jaffar Haider Sheikh.
On the occasion, DYSSO Doda Jaffar Haider Sheikh lauded the efforts of the entire staff for their dedicated work in making the tournament a grand success. He especially appreciated the contribution of the field staff for mobilizing wide-scale participation from boys and girls across the district.
