Peace is universal dream of every human being. Man is born free ,the societal, economic needs subdue individual freedom compelling individuals to relinquishing perception of reality .Man is born in a society and the society is a system that has its many sub system. and the fountain head of this system society. Society has many of its sub systems. Society has many challenges and crises .Human being is part and basic unit of society. The main actor human being has to meet these challenges and resolve the crises in society. Human being is endowed with many attributes, reason ,power of creativity soul to meet these challenges and resolve the crises in society. The first stage of his individuality is his childhood , the parents are the cornerstone in Child's life. The first stage should be focussed on the bodily and emotional aspects of his individuality. the emotions of love and hate should be nurtured properly .the psychological needs of children should not be suppressed and the instincts should be trained and stimulated in a decent way.

The second stage is to develop the mental, psychological and societal aspects of an individual. The innate capabilities, capacities, social traits, Psychological needs should be developed. The undaunted and rebel nature of human beings strive to dominate the virtues of human beings.
The struggle between the evil and good starts in one's own personality .It is the culmination of this struggle that results in the Ideal personalities and villains .The struggle should be balanced and the bodily and spiritual needs should be maintained in an appropriate manner. The chains of society and economic chains tilt the inclination of human beings towards satisfying ones instinctual and material needs and suppressing the spiritual and rational traits. The crises of society is amalgamation of distorted interests of human beings.
The distorted nature of human beings is reflected in society and crises is the mirror of evil nature of human beings.
Education is the tool that helps an individual to train human beings. The crises in society and the challenges can be resolved by those individuals who are equipped with the reason, intelligence and the benevolent traits. The societal crises and challenges can be further resolved by a political system. Political system is the nerve centre of a society .It is the political system that controls the social, economic and educational policies.
The Individual should have political consciousness, the political sense should be active in an individual .the social affairs can be managed through political power. The political power and political system should be directed to resolve the societal crisis .the social values should be maintained by a political system.
Those who control the political power should have developed their personality and properly trained to resolve the crises of society.
Society and it's crises can be regulated if an individual acts according to his natural disposition. Education has a predominant role in shaping the personality and shaping the system.
Dr Radhakrishnan once remarked " the destiny of nations is shaped in the classrooms"
The political structures, political institutions, educational, institutions, financial institutions should be based on the rationality and logical foundations. The reasonableness of these institutions can practically embody the virtues .The Ideal system is possible, if the Individuality and social needs will be reconciled.
The Individuality of human beings may be the cornerstone at the International level. the global issues and crises can be resolved if the Individuality is properly trained and the social , political systems act in a rational manner .Rationality ,mutual respect, intelligence and Justice loving Individuals can bring peace at the national and international level .Those who are at the helm of affairs at the national and international level should be rational and those who cherish the human values .The political systems of the world and political institutions of the world should be reasonable. The Individual crises leads to societal crises and society crises leads to Individual crises .the eternal peace can be bring in the society only when the there is peace in the inner self and the Individuality of human beings .peace is the dream of everyone,but some individuals feed on the crises and those who feed on the crises can never support the peace neither in the Individuals ,nor in the society and at the global level.
The unquenchable thirst for power ,lust ,greed is rooted in human nature and the prevalence of Justice and equality ,love for righteousness is also inalienable part of Human nature .the war is between these two traits of human beings and peace can only be realised through self-control ,restraint and nurturing the good traits of human beings.
