As part of its continued efforts to promote sports and youth engagement, Police in Anantnag organized a Kabaddi tournament under CAP 2024-25 for boys at the Himayun Muzammil Memorial Government Degree College, Khanabal.
The tournament was inaugurated with great enthusiasm and witnessed an exciting opening match between GDC Khanabal and GDC Uttrasoo. Showcasing exceptional skill, discipline, and teamwork, GDC Khanabal emerged victorious, setting a spirited tone for the tournament.
The initiative by Police is aimed at encouraging physical fitness, discipline, and sportsmanship among the youth, while also fostering stronger community relations. The tournament was warmly received by students, faculty members, and local residents who gathered to cheer for their teams.
