Police in Kulgam successfully concluded an exhilarating football tournament organized under the aegis of Civic Action Programme (CAP) 2024-25, aimed at fostering sportsmanship, unity and community engagement.

The grand finale, held at the Mini Stadium Kulgam, featured an exciting clash between FC Kulgam and Real Wanpora FC, in which Real Wanpora FC emerged victorious with a convincing 3-0 win. The event drew a massive turnout of enthusiastic spectators, who passionately cheered for their teams, creating an electrifying atmosphere.
The closing ceremony was graced by SSP Kulgam Shri Sahil Sarangal-IPS, along with other senior officers including DySP DAR Kulgam and SHO Police Station Kulgam. The dignitaries felicitated the winning and runner-up teams with trophies and medals, appreciating their outstanding performances. All participating teams were also commended for their dedication, discipline, and exemplary sportsmanship displayed throughout the tournament.
