Another resident of Jammu and Kashmir said, “Had we been in a far-flung area of Kashmir, we would have understood, but, we are in the capital of India. It is New Delhi, how can there be a network issue here at J&K House”.
He further said, “I am trying to get in contact with my family members. But, either there is a call drop issue or the other person on the phone is not able to hear me, even if I scream. This is not done. Jammu and Kashmir administration should look into this”. “Even the internet is not working properly, we are thinking to shift somewhere else”, he said.
Despite repeated attempts, the officials at the Department of Hospitality and Protocol could not be contacted.
