Jan 25: : In a significant recognition of the synergy between academia and clinical medicine, Prof. Dinesh Chandra Rai, Vice-Chancellor of BR Ambedkar Bihar University (BRABU), has been invited as the chief guest for the convocation session of the 81st Annual Conference of the Association of Physicians of India (APICON 2026). The grand event is scheduled to take place at the Bapu Sabhagar, Samrat Ashok Convention Centre on January 30.
The four-day conference, often referred to as the 'Mahakumbh' of the medical world, will bring together over 10,000 delegates, including internationally acclaimed physicians, researchers, and policy makers.
Expressing his views on the invitation, Prof. Rai said, "I am deeply honored to be a part of this prestigious gathering in Patna.
