
Doda, Nov 23: Radha Sharma, a talented and dedicated Taekwondo athlete from Shield Taekwondo Academy, District Doda, has brought pride to Jammu & Kashmir by winning the Bronze Medal in the 14th National Senior Poomsae Taekwondo Championship 2025, held from 21st to 23rd November 2025 at Bareilly, Uttar Pradesh.*
The prestigious championship was organised by Uttar Pradesh Taekwondo Association and District Bareilly Taekwondo Association under the aegis of Taekwondo Federation of India.
Securing this historic medal, Radha has once again showcased the growing potential of athletes from the Chenab region. She dedicated her success to her coach Mr. Burhan Ud Din Khan, Chief Coach of Shield Taekwondo Academy, for his constant guidance and support throughout her journey.*
Radha is now an inspiration to many young girls in District Doda and the entire J&K UT. With her unwavering perseverance and national success, she now aims to represent India at international Taekwondo championships.
