Imphal, Nov 21: Assam Rifles, in collaboration with Manipur University, will host the North-East Seminar 2025 on December 3 at the City Convention Centre, Imphal, focusing on “Resurgent Manipur: Framework for Stability & Sustainable Growth.”

The seminar aims to address the state’s strategic opportunities and persistent challenges, including security concerns and developmental bottlenecks.
