Marriage is a pious relation between two distinct individuals. It forms the fundamental basis for eternal love, affection, trust & a sense of belonging. The post-marital life of our Holy Prophets & saints symbolized trust ,love & reconciliation. But unfortunately the contemporary times present a horrible picture cum antithesis of those revolutionary traits & characteristics. es. Now post-marital disputes & conflicts have become talk of the town. A minor provocation can ignite a conflict of alarming proportions. The digital addiction of couples is sucking the very taste of their marital relation. They are hardly focusing on their utmost priorities. With the result trust deficit has percolated deep down their psychological foundations.
Firstly a marriage relation should be an inspiration for whole social spectrum. People should imbibe inspiration from its various dimensions .Let us introspect at our individual levels that how much we are sincere & honest introspection our post-marital lives. Our religion does never permit us to downgrade & sabotage the sanctity & credibility of marital relations. But the contemporary times manifest sad state of affairs in this respect. Now a days couples fight with each other on minor things for years together. They have become impatient in their day to day dealings with each other .Most of the times inflated egos of couples devastate their lives by breaking their marriage relations in order to satisfy their inflated egos. They are not able to adjust to new emerging realities after their marriage. Most of these couples do not reconcile with shifting priorities of their lives. Now a days there are thousands of marital disputes pending disposal in various courts. But we can never generalize these unfortunate realities .There are inspiring couples, who live their lives for each other. They become shadow of each other after their marriage. Their marriage relations do exhibit features of mutual trust, love, peace & reconciliation.
Secondly, post-marital disputes arise mostly due to cheating & trust deficit. Couples cheat each other by bulldozing trust in one way or the other. This trust deficit multiplies when we do not engage with each other. We should not become prone to digital addiction, because it is most terrible thing to indulge in. Now a days couples even do not talk with each other due to digital addiction of social media .Everyone has got submerged in digital world at the cost of personal relations. When a couple engages in peaceful dialogue with each other, it sets the stage for eternal love & trust. This eternal love & trust are credible benchmarks of a pious marriage. Whenever your partner engages in any conversation, you should wholeheartedly & patiently listen to it. Never get disinterested in any fruitful conversation, as it bridges the love & trust. Your partner has invested his or her trust in your life, which you should be proud of. Never let that trust to vanish or disappear from your life.
Last but not the least, let us always respect the emotions of our partners. The day we will realise this fact, we can easily achieve eternal love & reconciliation. Most of the post-marital conflicts are rooted in our disrespectful attitude & behaviour. We have to give due respect & care to our partners, because that is fundamental basis of any pious relation. Better late than never.
