Dimapur, Nov 11; Lt Gen Abhijit S Pendharkar, GOC SpearCorps, recently visited forward posts in Upper Subansiri to review operational preparedness, logistics sustenance, and troop morale in challenging high-altitude conditions.

During the visit, the Corps Commander assessed the efficiency of supply chains, the effectiveness of operational planning, and the well-being of soldiers stationed in these remote areas. He lauded the professionalism displayed by all ranks, acknowledging their dedication, resilience, and high morale despite the demanding environment.
Lt Gen Pendharkar emphasized the importance of maintaining peak combat readiness and praised the efforts made by formations to enhance operational capabilities. His visit underscored the army’s commitment to supporting personnel deployed in extreme conditions while ensuring that logistical and operational standards remain uncompromised.
