 Lt Gen Abhijit S Pendharkar, General Officer Commanding (GOC) Spear Corps, conducted an important visit to Imphal, Manipur, where he reviewed key welfare initiatives for the Ex-Servicemen community on September 9.

The GOC’s visit included a detailed inspection of the ECHS Polyclinic at Koirengi and the Rajya Sainik Board (RSB) facilities. These visits were aimed at assessing ongoing infrastructure development and enhancing support systems for veterans. The focus remained on upgrading facilities to state-of-the-art standards, ensuring dignified, efficient, and accessible services for the Ex-Servicemen fraternity in the region.
Underscoring the Indian Army’s unwavering commitment to veterans' welfare, Lt Gen Pendharkar interacted warmly with veterans, staff, and civilians at various locations across Imphal.
