
Manipur, Oct 13: Assam Rifles under Spear Corps recently organized two community-focused events in Manipur to promote health and well-being. On October 11, around 400 students participated in a 6 km Fit India Freedom Run at Churachandpur, embracing fitness and active lifestyles.
A day earlier, 150 civilians attended a vibrant World Mental Health Day programme at Tengnoupal, raising awareness about mental health and encouraging positive practices for emotional well-being.
