Dimapur, Jan 23: The Spearhead Division under Spear Corps recently organized a structured coaching and mentorship programme for 48 students from the remote areas of Sarli, Koloriang, and Daporijo in Arunachal Pradesh. The initiative aimed to prepare the students for the Sainik School Entrance Examination, providing them with opportunities to excel academically and develop essential life skills.

The programme offered expert training sessions, mock tests, personalized guidance, and mentorship, helping students build confidence, improve problem-solving abilities, and strengthen their overall preparation. In addition, the initiative included coordinated travel arrangements to Itanagar, enabling students to access resources and exposure beyond their local areas.
