Some people are spreading filth in the society in the name of humor. They are broadcasting such content, which is a matter of concern. After the controversy increases, these obscene influencers apologize for their actions. But the question is whether their apology for their shameful act is enough or should a bigger action be taken? Such people should be punished legally, but at the same time, if the public boycotts all their channels, then it will be the biggest punishment for them. It is necessary to punish these people; only then will the rest of such mentally bankrupt people be able to improve. All such programs are also on OTT, TV, etc. Everything should be stopped. Such vulgar content will destroy the culture of our country. This is condemnable and also wrong for a civilized society. Such people are ruining our Sanatan Dharma and Hindu culture. They should be punished so that in the coming times, people with such vile actions and thinking will have to think 10 times before doing such an act. Seeing and listening to all this kind of disgusting mentality is also the fault of today's society. People like these should be boycotted from society. Many dramas and films with foul language are shown. They should also be stopped. A lot of obscenity is being served on OTT. The Supreme Court condemned YouTuber Ranveer Allahbadia's 'objectionable' comments on 'India's Got Latent.'.

The Supreme Court highlighted the deeper issues behind Allahbadia's words, calling it "filth in his mind.". Condemning Allahbadia's words, it said that his language would shame parents and sisters. According to the Supreme Court, "the entire society will feel ashamed" of the perverted nature of Allahbadia's comments. The case gives rise to a wider discussion about the responsibility of influencers and content creators in the digital age. Public figures should anyway be cautious about the language they use, as it affects social values. It would be foolish to underestimate the impact of such youth icons on society, especially on young minds and the basic culture of a healthy society. Isn't it big enough? Asking how much a contestant on a show will charge for something, won't that corrupt an entire generation of youth? Things said irrationally and without any responsibility to society. Don't you have children, and don't you care about them? The truth is that normalizing such obscenity through 'jokes' promotes the same mindset that promotes real crimes. Society doesn’t fall apart overnight—it starts with tolerating the intolerable, ignoring the disgusting as “just humor,” and slowly eroding moral boundaries.
Legal action is not just about punishing individuals. It is meant to set an example that certain things are not acceptable, no matter how funny people try to make them out to be. If they are really concerned about improving society, they should understand that fighting cultural degradation is just as important as tackling bigger crimes. If you think we should ignore such disgusting 'pranks' and focus only on 'real crimes,' you fail to understand how society works. Normalizing perverted and offensive humor weakens moral boundaries and desensitizes people to unacceptable things. Comedy is not about saying anything without consequences. Especially when it enters very disturbing territory. Laws exist to preserve dignity and prevent the erosion of basic decency. If you are defending it on the pretext of 'it's just a joke,' then perhaps the real issue is how numb you have become to the impact of such content. It is very important to take legal action against such people. Your argument that we should 'focus on real crimes and problems instead of jokes' is both stupid and immature. Humor has power, and with power comes responsibility.
Not everything that is called a 'joke' is harmless. Some humor normalizes harmful behavior. If a joke is based on disrespect, insensitivity or crossing moral boundaries, it is fair to question whether it uplifts or degrades society. Criticism is not about having a 'mean mindset'; it is about recognizing the impact of the content on culture. If comedy cannot be questioned, then who is really sensitive? Defending such content in the name of freedom of expression only proves how insensitive people have become about what is acceptable in society. Freedom means the freedom to do the right thing, i.e., the moral thing, at the right time. Similarly, freedom of expression means the freedom to say the right thing at the right time. On the contrary, the freedom to say anything, at any time, is not freedom but licentiousness. Licentiousness is called anarchy. So freedom is a legal process; the opposite is illegal. So allowing licentiousness of expression under legal freedom of expression is illegal. Freedom of expression has been encouraged by the social media system which gives importance to quantity over quality. People want to gain cheap popularity by getting more views.
If YouTube focuses on quality rather than quantity, such cheap attempts will stop. Nowadays people want to earn money and fame by any means. And such provocative things attract the youth. That is why people use such vulgar language. A tree is known by its fruit, and a parent is known by its child. Their parents have been identified. A tree planted with worms will bear fruit. This money is the reason why these shameless scoundrels are given a free hand by their parents. Their parents do not have any objection to their shameless acts because they know that they get a good amount of money from this. If their parents had any objection, then such a situation would not have arisen.
