Education is an eternal wealth with the help of which innumerable qualities, values, abilities and capabilities are created in an educated person, due to which an educated person develops physically, spiritually, morally, socially and mentally, he becomes a conscious person.

Now, the conscious means one who has right or correct feelings. In simple words, consciousness is said to be aware of oneself and one's environment. In psychology, it is defined as the state of consciousness in which personality, that is, being fully aware of oneself, has the characteristics of wisdom and awareness, and there is a connection between personal and financial situations. Almighty Allah has given man the path of consciousness and insight to distinguish between right and wrong, wrong and right, justice and injustice. If a person sees with the eyes of heart and consciousness, then only will he understand the purpose of life. Feeling And conscience are companions of one another. If one is absent, the other will also become a danger. Conscience is the moral sense of distinguishing between right and wrong, the feeling of evil and the passion for goodness. Consciousness means to feel and also to realize . This all will be possible only when the five senses of a person will work correctly. If a person has the sense of feeling within him, then only he can feel the happiness and sorrow of others. It is because of Education and knowledge, the eyes of the heart must be enlightened. If the eyes of the heart are enlightened, then only one will feel pain or pleasure for others . After all, a person can realize himself because of Education and knowledge, it is necessary to know which work is obligatory on whom and how much work can be done or must be done. It is obligatory to do justice. Once a feeling is created, then an educated person has to do justice to himself.
If a person has feeling in his life, then only he is considered alive. Feeling is actually a beautiful and innocent emotion and this is the identity of a beautiful life of a person. We express love to our brothers, sisters, parents and also take care of them. In fact, all this is because of feeling. It is because of feeling, love for all of them arises in our hearts. Now it is also necessary that the more knowledge one has, the more conscious his conscience is, the more firm his conscience is and the feeling must be alive. It is proved that all teachers who are educated and well qualified, all of them are honorable and conscious. The conscience of all of them must be alive and all teachers should be the most aware about their responsibilities and obligations as compared to other officials working in other departments or other members of the society.
If we look at the existence of a person in reality, the entire universe is enough. Our body is aware of the nearby objects and requirements only because of five senses, but it also needs the requirements of the future. It is a fact that if all the organs of the human body work together, There is hardly any other blessing in the world for man, that is, a healthy and strong body is the greatest blessing from Almighty Allah for man. The same blessing is the sense of consciousness and conscience, but due to the lack of understanding of the importance of all of them, man does not try to create them within himself. It is because of sense, the conscience comes to life and can even stay alive. If the sense organs will not work properly then there will be no such thing as conscience left with man. Now if the purpose of life is understood and man fully understands that the breath that is going on in the human body, because of which man is alive and when the breath stops, the story will be over, and then this breath is given as a trust for a specific purpose, that is, as long as man is alive, he should pray to Almighty Allah and fulfil the needs of his family and then whatever knowledge, skill, wealth, power, ability Allah has given to man, it is necessary to live according to the law of religion and also to serve Allah's best creation in the best way. Now in all this service to humanity, a man's path what is a barrier? Man has never considered this or tried to understand this fact or what is the benefit of this service to humanity for a person's own self? What is its importance? Even if this is known, then the deficiency is that man does not try to utilize all his abilities, that is, he could not develop strong belief, self-confidence within himself. When self-confidence is developed within every man, his feelings and conscience will become alive and man will starts working with full effort, dedication sincerity and honesty, then Man can do anything. Now there is another fact that needs to be considered that if a man tries to do two things at a time, he will never be able to succeed. This means that in order for a man to achieve great success, he should do only one thing at a time, which is the best and most beneficial. Now it becomes clear that a man should never do wrong things with good work and never do wrong things because it only harms the man. There is no benefit here. Every man should apply one of the best principles of religion. It is important for that, Allah has made it clear that you should try to give benefits to others , rather do not do such things which will harm others in any way, even equal to a negligible particle. It means that in order for a person to become conscious, it is necessary to abandon all negative traits from within himself forever. For example, jealousy, stinginess, and anger, etc. Competing with any other person incorrectly also leads to negative thinking, which wastes the valuable time of both of them, and then they cannot do a correct and legitimate thing.
If the National Education Policy 2020 is understood, then teachers need to develop numerous qualities in themselves in their own way. All these qualities are mentioned in detail in paragraph 0.13 of National Education policy ( NEP )2020 . Teachers will be able to instill all these qualities and values in their students when all teachers are successful in instilling all these qualities/ values in themselves. Now if we consider values like compassion, logical decision-making and innovation, spirit of service, scientific temper, responsibility and equality and justice. When all teachers will install all these values in themselves, then certainly their interest, desire and thirst for work will increase manifold in their performance capabilities and teachers will be urged to work in a most professional manner and they will become accustomed to do smart work all times.
When the value of responsibility and spirit of service are instilled in all teachers, they will become dignified officials of the school education department. When values like equality and justice are instilled in all teachers, they will try to do justice to all students in terms of imparting equal high quality education. They will definitely identify the weak and slow learners and will play their best role to enhance the learning level of all students so that all students can get equal learning opportunities to learn and excel in their bright careers. When values like cooperation, teamwork and flexibility are instilled in all teachers then they will learn teaching skills and innovative ideas from each other and will work with each other in close coordination and cooperation. Teachers who are experts in teaching skills and innovative ideas will teach their other colleagues and thus all the educated individuals who are working in different departments! Among them, teachers are always associated with imparting education and knowledge and this experience of imparting education and knowledge will increase every day in respect of each previous day . Teachers must know very well what problems children are facing and what are the solutions to all these problems.
No other educated person can compete with teachers in any way. But this will be possible only when teachers continuously increase their teaching skills, innovative ideas, experience qualifications and teaching skills every day and teach children with full sincerity , honesty and dedication. All teachers will try to increase their teaching skills and qualifications at par with the best and best teachers of their District.
They will always do full justice to their profession by keeping their conscience and feelings alive. When all teachers will understand that by working with sincerity and honesty, first of all, justice will be done to themselves and then equal justice will be done to the society as well, then every teacher will play his full role in teaching children with full sincerity , honesty and dedication .
