New Delhi, Jan 4: In a poignant ceremony at India Gate, New Delhi, Smt Rukama Devi, wife of Subedar Rameshwar Prasad (Late) of Assam Rifles, paid homage to her late husband and other brave soldiers who made the ultimate sacrifice in the line of duty.
