A zone level Yoga training session was today organized by the Youth Services and Sports, Shopian, in collaboration with the AYUSH department, Shopian, at the Sports Stadium, Shirmal.
The session was led by a Yoga Instructor, who performed and instructed various yoga asanas and pranayama techniques, engaging participants in practical exercises to promote physical and mental health.
The joint efforts of both departments contributed to the success of the event, attended by more than 50 participants.
This initiative reflects the shared commitment of the Youth Services Sports and AYUSH departments toward fostering a healthier, yoga-inspired community in Shopian.
