Non local from Bihar killed in Anantnag terror attack

A non local worker from Bihar was shot dead by terrorists in Bijbehara area of south Kashmir’s Anantnag district on Wednesday evening.
A police spokesman said terrorists shot at and critically injured Raju Shah, a resident of Bihar, in Jablipora area of Bijbehara in Anantnag district in the evening.
Raju received bullet injuries in abdomen and neck in the terror attack.
He was immediately evacuated to Sub District Hospital Bijbehara, where doctors declared him brought dead.
Immediately after the terror attack, police, CRPF and army men rushed to the area and launched a combing and search operation to track down the terrorists responsible for the attack.
The search operation was going on when reports last poured in.
The killing of the Bihar worker has evoked strong condemnation from Lt Governor Manoj Sinha.
The political parties have also strongly condemned the civilian killing.
It is the second terror attack on non local workers in Kashmir within 10 days.
On April 8, terrorists shot at and critically injured a non-local driver Paramjit Singh of Delhi in Padpawan area in south Kashmir’s Shopian district.
