Former Chief Minister Omar Abdullah on Monday congratulated two cricketers from the Jammu and Kashmir for their selection for India Under 19 triangular series in England.
Taking to micro-blogging site twitter Vice President (VP) of National Conference (NC) Omar said “ Congratulations to Rasikh & Qamran. Best of luck to both of them for the series”.
He was reacting to a tweet which reads “ Proud moment for our state two of our young cricketers @Rasikh Salam and @Qamran Iqbal got selected for India U19 triangular series in England. Congratulations guys ! And thanks to @Parveez Rasool for ably guiding them. InShaALLAH many more to follow their path”.
