Petrol bomb hurled at jeweler shop in Nowhatta

Unknown persons targeted a Jeweler shop with a petrol bomb in Nowhatta area of old Srinagar city.
Official sources said that a Jeweler’s shop was open in Pandan Nowhatta area when unknown persons hurled a petrol bomb towards it.
The incident created panic while the shopkeeper immediately closed down his shop. Due to this attack, some of the shops open in the area also got closed. “Police took cognizance of the incident and started investigation,” sources said. (KNT)
