Police in Awantipora have arrested an absconder who was evading his arrest for long time.
Warrant under section 512 CrPC issued by Court of JMIC Pampore pending with Police Station Pampore against the accused namely Tariq Ahmad Lone son of Ghulam Mohidin Lone resident of Tujjar Sharief Sopore was executed, who was evading his arrest from last 13 years. He was involved in case FIR No. 191/2011 of Police Station Pampore and was arrested by a special Police team under the supervision of SDPO Pampore Shri Krishan Rattan. Subsequently, the arrested accused was produced before the Court of Law.
