Rifle-borne man held in Chadoora

Authorities said a man was arrested with a 12 Bore Gun in Chadoora area of central Kashmir’s Budgam district.
Official sources said that after receiving inputs about a man being in possession of a hunting rifle, police laid a trap during which the accused was arrested and a formal case was registered against him.
An official identified the arrested person as Shabir Ahmed Khan, son of Abdul Hamid Khan, a resident of the adjoining Gopalpora Budgam.
An FIR vide number 191/2019 has been registered against the accused. (KNT)
