Shehr-e-Khass Coordination Committee Friday urged Srinagar Municipal Corporation (SMC) Mayor and Deputy Mayor to take note of the dilapidated roads in Old City areas.
The committee as per a statement issued to KNO said that such is the position of roads that nobody is able to commute on the roads. “Garbage and dusts could be seen piling on the main roads. We urge both Mayor and Deputy Mayor to take note of the issue,” he said.
President Bashir Ahmad Kenu, senior vice president Irfan Wani, General Secretary Waseem Khan and chief organiser Aijaz Pampori said that they hope Mayor and Deputy Mayor will look into the matter and resolve their issue on priority.
